Navigating Disruption

Disruption is no longer an occasional event; it is the constant backdrop of life and modern business. Technology evolves at lightning speed, global markets shift overnight (literally +13 Japan through 6 hours Costal EU (Sweden, Belgium, France, Italy etc.). Unexpected challenges can upend entire industries. For many organizations, disruption feels like a threat. But for those with the right mindset, it becomes the very force that drives progress.

Seeing Opportunity in Uncertainty

Disruption brings ambiguity, but it also opens doors to possibilities that didn’t exist before. The companies and leaders who thrive are those who see beyond the immediate turbulence and recognize where new value can be created. Progress begins with reframing disruption as opportunity. In business, one way or another, our job is to solve the world's problems, regardless of the potential disruptions at hand. Perseverance and adaptability are your winning traits.

Resilience as a Strategic Advantage

When processes, supply chains, or business models are shaken, resilience becomes more than a defensive measure. Resilience becomes a differentiator. Organizations that adapt quickly not only survive disruption but often emerge stronger, having built systems that are leaner, smarter, and more responsive.

Innovation Born of Necessity and Progress

Disruption pushes organizations to challenge assumptions and accelerate innovation. Whether it is adopting new technologies, redesigning workflows, or developing alternative supply solutions, disruption forces creativity. Progress happens when necessity and progress fuel ingenuity.

Leadership in Times of Disruption

At the center of it all is leadership. Progress through disruption requires leaders who communicate vision clearly, empower teams to act decisively, and build trust during uncertainty. Their role is not only to navigate turbulence but to help others see the possibilities that lie beyond it. Leadership is also always watching; good leadership enables and highlights those who thrive and persevere.

Execution is Everything

Ideas and strategies alone are not enough. Progress is realized in the work that gets done. Organizations that succeed treat execution as a discipline: setting clear priorities, assigning accountability, measuring outcomes, and adjusting quickly when things don’t go as planned. At Boober Company, this means pairing our agility with a commitment to workforce development and STEM-focused solutions, delivering measurable results while fostering local talent and community impact. For us, disruption is not a challenge to overcome; it is the catalyst for meaningful progress.

Roooound 2!

Hey Everyone,

Just tapping back in to talk about a few more Gems we found at the Ed Games Expo.

Music Learning

WordsLiive: With this program kids can take existing music they like or create new music of there own and apply learning concepts in the form of Lyrics. For those not familiar with the subconscious mind and how music can impact it, it may be worth looking into. All that we put in our minds can shape the way we think... if we aren't strong minded individuals. However, kids, as malleable as they may be, they need extra attention.

This product provides an opportunity to take what they learn in the classroom and apply it to music. This engages a second hand learning experience but conducive content.

Something Whimsical

Snowbright's Cozy Companion: I can still recall stopping by this booth, exploring the game and getting a beautiful clear die 🎲 with a dried flower in the center. This was one of the more in depth works of creativity I've seen at the show.

This is a creative world. A series of games, magazines, and products balancing light and dark. From mystical stories with real walk along pie recipies to tales and cultural adventures, there was a depth of thought and design put into these products.

If you're looking for your family to dive into an incredibly creative state and explore the depths of their minds, this is a very good fit.

These games embrace the arts, and creativity. If your looking to teach and share something musical or artistic these might be a better route to take.

I hope you enjoyed our share of some of our 2023 Ed Expo favorites.

Hey Hey!

It's been a while... I know. However, before I dive in to what's new @ Boober Company - I wanted to share a few games we found at the Ed Expo! As promised 🫶🏼

Diving into STEM (My Favorite)

For our first game intros we'll be diving into one of my favorite subjects: STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). Being a lady engineer and innovator/inventor these skill sets play a large role in taking my projects from theoretical ideas to functionable products.

Future Engineers: When you subscribe you and your families are exposed to different challenges that you can participate in.

EXPLORE MINDS LABS: This game is very cool, I was actually able to play myself. It's a blend of game chips and a phone or tablet.

Each character has a specific strength and each strength plays a role in completing a challenge or mission. Across the challenge you'll utilized these chips to achieve the tasks. It was by far one of my favorites.

If you, your kids, nieces/nephews, students, grand babies or communities like anything STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) these games are some really fun finds to challenge the way these kids think.

Let's give these kids a head start shall we!

Until next time,

X.O.,
